Gira of Caboclo

A Gira is one of the primary rituals in the Afro Brazilian spiritual tradition of Umbanda. During the ritual, sacred rhythm, song and dance prepare the space for the mediums to invoke their spiritual guides. These guides bring cleansing, balance, harmony and blessings.
